NEW DELHI: Around 82 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Wednesday’s session.
Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Allcargo Logistics, Aarti Surfactants , Affle (India), Bajaj Electricals, Ashapura Minechem, Hero MotoCorp, Cupid, Emami, The Grob Tea Company, Mangalam Drugs, Max Healthcare Institute, Nucleus Software, Ramco Systems, TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS and Tata Elxsi.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 4.35 points down at 11476.60 on Wednesday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Overall, 28 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors and IndusInd Bank were among top gainers, while Bharti Airtel, Britannia Industries, Asian Paints, HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. and RIL were trading in red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 27.78 points down at 38816.10.
