NEW DELHI: Traders on brokerage platform Zerodha complained of problems in logging in during morning trade on Monday. The brokerage could resolve the issue only after 10 am. Clients of India’s largest brokerage took to Twitter and other social media websites to voice their angst, saying they were not able to access their accounts as the browser showed 504 Gateway Timeout server error.
Zerodha acknowledged the problem. “You may face issues while trying to log into Kite intermittently. We are working on fixing this. Order placement is working fine if you’re already logged in,” the company said.
In a tweet at 10.09 am, Zerodha claimed the login issue has been resolved.
Zerodha has a history of technical issues propping up during trading hours. Time and again, its customers have complained of problems in accessing their accounts or executing trades. They trolled the platform on Twitter on Monday.
