Despite the retreat in the profit recorded in the fourth quarter of 2024, the Santos Brazil (STBP3) will not fail to make the shareholders happy.
In a statement, the port and logistics company announced on Thursday (20) the payment of R $ 235 million in dividends complementary.
The amount corresponds to approximately R $ 0.273423344 per action STBP3.
According to the company, the complementary dividends may be imputed to the mandatory dividends to be declared based on the balance sheltered in December 2024.
Considering the jackpot announced today, the company will distribute a total of R $ 741 million in earnings for 2024, between dividends and interest on equity (JCP), which reflects a 100% distribution of net income for the period and R $ 0 , 85 per action.

Santos Brasil registered net income of R $ 206.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, equivalent to a drop of 8.3% over the same period of 2023.
EBITDA advanced 10.2% in the quarter, reaching R $ 404 million. In the accumulated 2024, the indicator added R $ 1.469 billion, up 46.9%.
Net revenue totaled R $ 790.7 between October and December last year, equivalent to an 18.5% increase in the annual comparison.
