Amid rumors of a potential business combination with the Oncoclinic (Onco3)a ALLINANCE HEALTH (AALR3) announced on Monday (24) the acquisition of 100% of diagnostic operations by imaging and clinical analysis in the city of São Paulo da TreatmentDiagnostic Medicine Company.
