Debt securities are due on June 28, 2054 and were issued with a spread of 173 base points on Treasury, the United States Treasury titles. This will result in a yield of 6.408% to maturity (yield to maturity).

The papers were offered as an additional emission to the issuance of 6,400% Guaranteed Notes with maturity in 2054, guaranteed by Vale, at a price of 99.884%.

According to a statement sent to the Securities Commission (CVM), the bonds They will be consolidated and fully fungible with the emission made by Vale Overseas in June 2024, in the main aggregate amount of $ 1 billion.

With this, the main added value of the total bonds It becomes US $ 1.75 billion (R $ 10 billion).
